This is probably the main reservation people have when trying our albums, and ultimately it does come down to an issue of trust – we try and give a realistic and down to earth view of our albums and we are always happy to answer questions. Here are a couple of reasons why it is not possible to be influenced negatively, and even if negative suggestions they were used they would serve no benefit to us:

If negative suggestions were included they wouldn’t do any good. Just like hypnosis mp3s,  you are ultimately still in control. You can not be subliminally persuaded to do anything you don’t want to. We also want people to get benefits from subliminal messaging and to come back and try other albums – this wouldn’t happen if the first album you tried influenced you towards negative acts

Also, if you play our album to someone who has no interest in it,then it will NOT help them. If however, you have a goal and want to focus,  and want a boost then subliminal messaging may be right for you.

Essentially it will align your subconscious mind with your conscious efforts – it will help you to stay on track, boost your willpower, keep you motivated, and make you focused on your training.
