How Does Subliminal Learning Differ From Regular Learning?
Tuesday, October 7, 2008 15:40To form any new thought patterns or undertake any sort of learning we have to process the information in our subconscious mindWith regular learning – i.e. conscious learning we have to study, read, and repeat the information until it is stored deeply in our brains so we can easily recall the information subconsciously i.e. without even having to think about it as needed.
However with subliminal learning instead the information goes straight to the subconscious mind – there is no repetition, or studying, this stage is bypassed, yet our brains still take in new information and form new neural pathways.
To send information straight to your unconscious mind can be an very effective way to learn new skills, eliminate bad habits, promote new positive behaviour, and gain the advantage on any goals you are working towards.
Subliminal messaging can even be used to produce physical changes in the body – this is the basis of how subliminals are now regarded as an effective form of complimentary medicine, but this is something for a whole new series of posts!
