How Many Affirmations Do You Use On Each Subliminal CD?
Friday, November 28, 2008 16:59Many sites out there will sell their CDs on the basis of having 1000s of affirmations, or the same affirmations repeated and layered on top of each other 100s of times.
We generally prefer to use a smaller number of affirmations, most of our albums contain between 10 and 30 affirmations – our stance is that it is better to repeat key phrases than to branch out and include more niche phrases and longer sentences. We believe that you can use too many, or too much looping / repetition and this can dilute the strength of the album.
Having said this we do use some layering:
- A regular layer where the messages are simply subliminal,
- Another layer where the messages are played subliminally but REVERSED
- And another layer where the messages are played subliminally but FASTER.
We did not see any need to create additional layers with the same information. We can’t comment on the effectiveness of any other companies subliminal tapes but we think 1000s of repetitions is excessive and unnecessary - our stance is QUALITY over quantity.
We take great pride in the quality of our albums (we started our business as we saw a gap in the market, and wanted to bring a more effective subliminal experience forward) and have a lot of satisfied customers.
An area we believe to be more important is the creation of the right affirmations, and we take a lot of care researching affirmations, and the language we use in the creation of our albums. Tomorrow I will write up an article on the process we go through in affirmation creation.
