Turn Your Passwords Into Positive Affirmations!
Tuesday, January 6, 2009 11:53
Here is a really simple way that you can implement the power of positive affirmations into your everyday life – especially useful for those of us who have little time to stand at the mirror and repeat lists of affirmations.
One simple way to do it is to use your computer passwords – so instead of making your logon password at work your favourite football player or a mixture of random letters and numbers you can put it to good use instead – make it into a positive affirmation!
Every few weeks when you have to change your password you can re-align it to match your current personal development goal. Here are a few examples:
- Igrowmoreconfidenteveryday
- Iamlosingweight
- Igotothegymeveryday
- Iamassertive
- Iamahighvalueman
Remember, the best positive affirmations are written in the first person, and also as if you are already achieving the goal. Tune in tomorrow when I will give some further information about designing more effective affirmations.
