All you have to do is repeat these phrases – repeat the entire list 3 times on a morning in a confident voice – in front of a mirror if you can. This is important as it is one of the first things you do to start your day and it sets you up for a positive, happy successful day.

Also repeat them 3 times on an evening before you go to bed. This clears your mind of stresses and leave you feeling good and refreshed for a good nights sleep.

This is not all that will happen, gradually you will start to feel more positive during the day. You will feel differently, you will notice the positive where previously you would of complained about the negatives.
