Visualization is an amazing tool you can use to reach your goals, and it goes hand in hand with subliminal messaging.

Regular visualization helps the mind to live the experience before you really do, you will of done the act 100s of times in your mind first and when it comes to the real thing your nerves will be calm, and you will know the process inside out – even basic amount of visualization will keep you focussed on your goal and keep you working towards it.
